1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 999abb ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 999abb online gaming platform available at 999abb.net and any associated mobile applications or services.

By accessing the 999abb platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 999abb, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

3.1 Creating Your Account

To access the full range of 999abb services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and any other information requested by 999abb. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active 999abb account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If 999abb detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, and any balances may be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999abb account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 999abb immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your 999abb account must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. 999abb accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated by 999abb from time to time.

999abb does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method not registered in your name, the deposit may be reversed and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. 999abb reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff are typically processed the same business day. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals generally reflect within minutes of processing. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to the receiving bank's processing times.

999abb reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in cases where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, 999abb will notify you and may request additional documentation.

4.3 Currency

The 999abb platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in PHP. 999abb is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 999abb may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. These specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates — form part of these Terms and must be read carefully before accepting any bonus.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• 999abb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play — is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, 999abb's decision is final.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 999abb platform — including Fortune Ox, Bingo Adventure, Lucky Neko, Keno, WM Live, Teen Patti 20-20, and Shade Dragon Fishing — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

All games on the 999abb platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be influenced by 999abb, the player, or any third party beyond the mathematical house edge built into each game's design. 999abb does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — 999abb reserves the right to void the affected round and return any stakes placed. 999abb is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999abb platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.
• Money Laundering: Using the 999abb platform to launder money or to facilitate any transaction that is illegal under Philippine law or international anti-money laundering standards.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing cards, coordinating bets, or using any form of communication to influence game outcomes.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the 999abb platform, place bets, or gain any advantage over other players.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 999abb platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or engaging in any other conduct designed to fraudulently claim bonuses or promotions.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 999abb staff, support agents, or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 999abb platform — including but not limited to the 999abb brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of 999abb or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 999abb platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 999abb platform without the prior written consent of 999abb.

Any unauthorised use of 999abb's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law. 999abb reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

9 Privacy & Data

10 Responsible Gaming

999abb does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 999abb's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your 999abb account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, 999abb will process any pending withdrawals of your remaining balance (subject to verification requirements) and close your account within a reasonable timeframe.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by 999abb

999abb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

13 Amendments

999abb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the 999abb platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

999abb operates in alignment with the guidelines and regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines. Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with PAGCOR's regulations and responsible gaming guidelines.
